Where we ship
We currently deliver to all addresses in Croatia.
Shipping costs
- Orders of €80 or more: free shipping
- Orders under €80: €9.99
All prices include VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and remote areas or peak periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas) can take a little longer.
Your order ships from our partner warehouse in the EU, so there are no customs fees or import duties.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, protective packaging.
Problems with delivery
- Damaged parcel: if the package looks damaged, please take photos before opening it, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@angelique-luxury.com. See our refund policy.
- Wrong address or failed delivery: please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it wasn't collected, we'll refund the order minus the shipping and return costs we were charged, or reship it once you've paid the shipping again.
- Late or lost parcels: if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
